WHO IS THE WORST PERSON TO EVER LIVE ON THIS PLANET?

I vote for Danny Immens. I’ll describe his story, and let you decide.

Thursday, June 24, 1999.

For you and me, this was a Thursday like most others. But for 12-year-old Steve Vissers, it would be his very last. And it would end in agony. (If that is the word.)

Together with his younger brother, he was riding his bicycle in the park when the man hit him. His mother had forbidden them to ride beyond the bridge, but the boys had decided to go just a little further — what could go wrong, right ?

And then the man had hit his bike with his scooter. Nobody was hurt, but the man insisted to drive Steve to a doctor, just in case. Steve refused — twenty years later, his brother Sven would say that it was immediately obvious that something was wrong with the man — and suddenly there was a knife, the man forced Steve on his scooter, and drove away.

Steve turned his head, and waved to his brother. And then they were gone.

It was the very last time that Sven would see his brother.

He alarmed his mother ASAP, and the police started an investigation within 30 minutes. Every second would matter. The man had been hanging around the park in the weeks before the incident, speaking to young boys and girls. Asking them to “join him for a drive on his scooter.”

Minutes after Steve had been taken, the wife of a man named Danny Immens received a phone call from her husband. She had been hosting a befriended couple when the call came, and it appeared to be a pocket call. They heard some noise, and then a male voice saying:

“NOW SHOVE HIM IN.”

An hour later, Immens came home with blood on his hands and shoes. He told them that he had had a fight with a police man, but he often told fabricated stories. With him, you never knew.

At the very same time, the police found the body of a young boy, with bloody undies around his knees, heavily beaten (he was missing teeth), and full of deep stab wounds. He was dead.

The next day, when the news had reached the newspapers, the police received a phone call from a woman who had heard the pocket call at the Immens family home, and said that she was certain that Danny Immens was the man they were looking for. And she was right.

Immens immediately admitted what he had done.

Apparently, he had been fantasizing for a long time to rape boys or girls, although he was a married man with a 4-year-old kid. And so he had done. Left his work with an erection, so something had to be done about it.

And Steve Vissers was the solution.

So the 12-year-old boy was brutally beaten, raped, and stabbed in his neck (three times), heart and abdominal area (six times), and in his groin (two times). The boy apparently had to suffer.

Danny Immens is suspected to have raped and killed at least two more children, but he does not want to talk about it. He also said to the police investigators that “he would do it again, if he only got the chance.”
